Use of the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or its servers
• Use automated means to access the website without our permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

Products and purchases

Product information. We work to keep descriptions and images accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing or other content is free of error. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

Pricing and availability. All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse orders or cancel orders at our discretion, including where we believe an order violates these Terms.

Order acceptance. Receiving an order confirmation does not by itself constitute our acceptance of your order. We may accept or decline an order after the confirmation has been sent.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Safety and climbing risks

Climbing, and rope solo climbing in particular, are inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury or death. Our products are made for experienced climbers who understand and accept those risks.

By purchasing and using Stonecrag products, you acknowledge that:

• You have received proper training in climbing and in the use of self-belay equipment
• You understand the risks of climbing and rope solo climbing
• You will inspect all equipment before each use and retire damaged equipment
• You take full responsibility for your own safety when using our products

Note specifically that the Chest Harness carries no safety certification and is a positioning strap, not fall-arrest equipment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonecrag and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, product designs and the Stonecrag name and marks — belongs to Stonecrag and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
