Shipping
Three flat rates, no calculator. What you see in the cart is what you pay.
We ship from Mexico to four regions, with one flat rate per region. There is no weight calculator and no quote step: the shipping cost is visible in the cart before you go anywhere near a payment page.

Delivery takes 7–14 business days to every region.
South America covers Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela and the Falkland Islands.
Europe covers the EU-27 plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, Andorra and Vatican City.
Oceania covers Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific islands.
You choose your region in the cart. The checkout then only accepts addresses in that region, so a rate can never be applied to the wrong destination.
Somewhere else?
We do not yet ship online outside those four regions. If you are elsewhere, write to us and we will quote the shipping for you directly.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods this can stretch to three.
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. If nothing arrives within three business days of your order, email us.
Import duties and taxes
Prices are in USD and do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. International orders may be charged these on arrival by your own country. They are the recipient’s responsibility and are not part of what we collect.
This is not a fee we add or profit from — it is your customs authority billing you directly, and the amount depends on your country’s rules.
