Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and who else touches it. It is a short list.

This site is a static catalog. It has no database, no user accounts and no server-side session storage. That makes this policy shorter than most.
What we collect
When you buy something. Your name, email, shipping address and payment details go to Stripe, our payment processor. We receive the order details and the shipping address from Stripe so we can send you the parcel. We never see or store your card number.
When you contact us. The name, email and message you type into the contact form are emailed to us. Nothing is stored on the website.
When you browse. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are used. This sets cookies in your browser and records page views, approximate location and device type. It is not linked to your identity.
In your browser. Your cart is stored in your browser’s own localStorage.
It never leaves your device until you press checkout, and we cannot read it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information
- We do not store payment card details, ever
- We do not have user accounts, so there is no profile accumulating behind you
- We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly ask us to
Who processes your data

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the data it receives.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email support@stonecrag.com and we will respond.
Bear in mind that order and payment records held by Stripe may need to be retained for tax and accounting purposes even after a deletion request.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics cookies. If you block them, everything on the site continues to work — including the cart and checkout.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the last revision.
